Since we launched in June 2006, we've received a lot of questions. This page will attempt to answer the most common ones.

Vouchers

How do I redeem my voucher?

Go to the View/Purchase page and create a User ID and password. If you already have one simply log in. Once you have logged in go to the bottom of the View/Purchase page and enter voucher information in the given spaces.

PayPal

Do I have to use PayPal?

You do not have to become a PayPal member to purchase Not Just Stamping issues. PayPal is our payment service provider, however on the checkout page you can simply click on the link or button to indicate you do not have a PayPal account. By doing this, you will be directed to enter your credit card (or e-check) and shipping details and complete your purchase. This does not make you a PayPal member and you will not have a PayPal account.

The reason we use PayPal as our payment provider is because they are currently the only major provider who do not have a monthly service fee or start-up fee and this enables young organisations like ourselves to trade in lower volumes without the penalty of high monthly or set-up charges.

Why do I have to enter my shipping address and phone number for an online magazine?

Quite simply, we want to make very sure you get your money's worth. The internet is a wonderful place, but it has its moments. Emails can go the long way around sometimes or occasionally disappear into a void. By having additional contact details we are making sure we can get in touch with you to be sure you're getting the best from Not Just Stamping.

Also, we have future plans which may mean we need to send you stuff in the 'snail mail'. Keep an eye out!

Viewing issues

I'm having trouble viewing my Not Just Stamping issues. Can you help?

Once you have paid and have received a confirmation email from us, you just need to click on the View/Purchase link in the menu on the left side and you will see the covers of all published Not Just Stamping issues. If you are logged in (use the link in the same menu) each issue you have paid for will have a link below it that says View issue. Click on one to go right to the contents page.

For issues you do not have access to, or if you are not logged in, you can click the Preview link to see a list of the contents and a larger view of the cover.

To make things super easy, for the current issue, you can simply click on the large cover on the Not Just Stamping home page to go right in.

How long will I have access to my Not Just Stamping issues?

We promise to have your issues available online for a minimum of two years.
